Sandhill Recycled Glass Tiles
Made from 100% recycled glass by Fireclay Tile, the Sandhill Recycled Glass Tiles is an environmentally friendly option to add character and flair to your bathroom, kitchen, or any other room in your house. It is wholly made of pre-consumer waste glass with no chemicals or offgassing, and it is fired to make it last even beyond a lifetime.
The Sandhill glass tiles come in different finishes, colors, shapes, and sizes. There are two finishes available, namely, the gloss and matte finishes. Both of these come in 36 different colors ranging from dark to light. These include different shades of gray, blue, brown, yellow, red, and purple giving you a wide range of options. As for their available shapes, mosaic pieces can be square, rectangle, hexagon, octagon, triangle, and round. Squares are either 1″ x 1″ or 2″ x 2″, while the rectangular tiles are 1″ x 2″ or 1″ x 4″. Both the hexagons and triangles have 2-inch sides, but the octagon is longer with 2¼ inches. Round tiles are either 1¼ or 2½ inches in diameter.
You can exercise your creativity by making any combination of the different tiles, mixing circles and squares, blending colors in monochrome or polychrome, and mingling one- and two-square-inch tiles. Your final design is limited only by your own imagination. This way, you are assured that your bathroom or kitchen has its own unique character, and that it is a statement of your own personality.
There are, however, available design concepts if you would rather have professionally designed blends and patterns, such as the Mini-Checkers, Palisade, Timeless, Vintage, and Legends. Different border patterns are also available, including Pinwheel, Festival, Whimsy, Classique, and Fantasy.
